I just wanted to share how I feel in the mornings and ask if anyone else out there feels the same and what you do to try and make yourself feel a bit better - or at least feel like you can get out of bed and start thinking about a coffee in the mornings!
I wake up feeling as though I've just fallen asleep - so tired and my back and other big joints feel like they are made out of stone :( This morning, an hour after waking up, I've just managed to crawl out of bed and make a very slow cup of coffee, while putting on classic fm (very different from my usual 70's station!) to try and make me feel better......
Do you feel like this and what tips do you have to try and help? I'd really appreciate it!
